The top-tier 19mm tongue and groove floor is primed to endure years of use and is ideal for accommodating weightier items. Featuring a 19mm tongue and groove roof with a distinctive reverse apex design, the cabin grants ample headspace across its width.
Equipped with Forest’s high-grade Premium Felt, known for its double the tear-resistance compared to standard felt and an impressive 15-year lifespan, ensuring longevity. There are four roof felt options available:
- Standard Premium Felt with a 15-year longevity
- Premium Felt with Underlay
- Felt shingle alternative including free underlay, promising a unique aesthetic and a 10-year lifespan
For added weatherproofing, it is recommended to opt for one of the choices with underlay. Providing 10.2m² (110ft²) of internal space, this garden haven accommodates shelves and furnishings with ease. Access is facilitated through glazed double doors with toughened glass and a key-operated lock, fortifying security for stored belongings. These doors are adaptable to be placed on either the left or right side of the front facade.
Enhancing the interior with natural illumination, two additional 3/4-length windows, crafted from toughened glass, feature a versatile tilt and turn mechanism for side or top opening. The model showcases single glazing throughout, with the option to upgrade to a double glazed version for added sound insulation.
All timber used in the construction of this log cabin is FSC®-certified, ethically procured from sustainable forests. Please note, the garden retreat must be erected on a stable, level surface like poured concrete, and it is delivered untreated, necessitating a solvent-based preservative post-assembly. An installation service is presented as an optional enhancement.
