The quality 19mm tongue and groove floor can withstand years of use and is ideal for storing heavier objects. The pent-style roof, built with 19mm tongue and groove, features a modern design that is elegant and discreet, along with a 60cm projection to minimize sunlight reflections. This cabin features Forest’s Premium Felt, offering double the tear-resistance of standard felt and an estimated durability of 15 years, which is thrice as much as regular felt.
When it comes to the weatherproof polyester roof felt, there are three choices offered:
– Premium Felt with a life expectancy of 15 years, provided as the default option
– Premium Felt with Underlay
– An optional enhancement to Superior Felt, with three times the tear-resistance of standard felt and an impressive life expectancy of 20-30 years, ALSO including free underlay
It is recommended to consider upgrading to one of the options that include underlay for added protection against harsh weather conditions. This garden cabin comprises 17.5m² of internal floor space (188ft²), ensuring ample room for bookshelves and furnishings. Entry is through glazed double doors, equipped with double-glazed toughened glass and a lock operated by key to secure stored items and valuable equipment. In addition to these, there are 3 more 3/4-length windows, made of double-glazed toughened glass and featuring a tilt and turn mechanism for side or upward opening. Two of these windows are situated on each side of the doors, while the third can be installed on either the left or right side of the structure. All wood used in the construction of this log cabin is certified by FSC® guaranteeing it originates from forests that are sustainably managed. Note that this garden cabin MUST be set up on a stable, level surface (e.g., poured concrete) and is supplied untreated, therefore, it is imperative to cover it with a solvent-based preservative during assembly.
