Opting for pressure-treated timber would extend the anti-rot assurance to 15 years. Moreover, the cladding will be upgraded to a thicker 15mm at no additional cost! It is important to note that the pressure-treated timber still necessitates waterproofing post-assembly and then on an annual basis.
