- Rooftop Protection – With a 50-year life expectancy, the lodge’s roof is designed to shield the structure from various weather conditions. The roof is fitted with an innovative EPDM rubber roofing system that also includes a gutter edge drip plate to divert rainwater away from the sides of the lodge.
Our lodges are under 2.5m in height, enabling you to bypass many planning permission restrictions that can accompany residential constructions. Additionally, deep 145mm roof purlins ensure that strength and rigidity are not compromised by the lower height.
The lodge’s walls are constructed from 44mm thick high-quality Scandinavian Timber, ensuring durability and sustainability. Tongue & groove boards are utilized for the floors and roofs, while timber bearers elevate the lodge to protect the floor from damage.
Modern Amenities – Noteworthy features such as external sills on all windows and ‘easy access’ aluminium low threshold sills on the doors enhance the usability and appearance of the lodge. The meticulous finishing is further highlighted by the Burford style skirting on the interior walls.
