Advanced Roofing Solution – With a lifespan of 50 years, the roof of this log cabin is designed to protect the structure from varying weather conditions. It features an advanced EPDM rubber roofing system with a 50-year lifespan, including a gutter edge drip plate to divert rainwater away from the cabin’s perimeter.
Below 2.5m Height – All cabins have a ridge height below 2.5m, making them exempt from most planning regulations that typically apply to residential buildings. Deep 145mm roof purlins are integrated to ensure structural integrity and strength despite the lower height.
High-Quality Timber – Constructed from 28mm thick walls of premium, sustainably sourced Scandinavian Timber, this log cabin avoids inferior materials often found in other cabins, such as 19mm or 22mm profiles, OSB, or chipboard floors and roofs. The floors and roofs are made of tongue & groove boards for durability, with timber bearers elevating the cabin to protect the floor.
Contemporary Finishes – Notable features like external sills on all windows and ‘easy access’ aluminum low threshold sills on doors enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the structure. The skirting in the Burford style inside the log cabin adds an elegant touch to the interior.
