The uniquely-designed Rose Cottage 6′ x 8′ Playhouse is sure to bring countless hours of joy to your little ones while also enhancing the beauty of your garden. Crafted with 12mm shiplap siding, this playhouse features an elegant handrail and staircase entrance leading to the spacious upper floor measuring 830×1720 mm. The sturdy 34mm framework ensures long-lasting quality and boasts multiple styrene glazed windows that flood the interior with natural light. The roof and base are made of Tongue and Groove Panels. Delivered in a charming honey brown finish, this playhouse is fully compliant with CE (TUV Certified) regulations and adheres to the European Standard for Toy Safety EN-71. Please note that our garden structures come pre-treated with a water-based wood preservative to protect them during shipping. To activate the full 10-year anti-rot guarantee, we recommend treating the playhouse with a high-quality alcohol-based wood preservative before or immediately after assembly.
