This particular version of the Othello is enveloped in painted 12mm shiplap tongue and groove panels, which can be customized in your desired color. Unlike some competitors, we provide the outdoor chamber fully insulated as a standard feature (base, panels & canopy). Additionally, with our standard packages, we include the following components:
– UPVC Dual Gates (4′ – 123.3 x 200.8cm WxH)
– 2 x UPVC Extended Fixed Casement Windows situated at the front of the unit. (T15 – 79.5 x 200.8cm WxH)
– 1 x UPVC Extended, Top Sliding Casement Window for the side of the edifice. (T10LEA – 58.5 x 200.8cm WxH)
– 9mm vertically grooved and primed MDF board inner paneling.
– Durable EPDM rubber roof covering

Selection of Varied Shades
We offer several alternative window and gate options which can be found in the accompanying documents and are available on request. The gates are available in both Aluminum or UPVC. The UPVC gates and windows are offered in 4 different colors and require minimal upkeep! It is important to note that the interiors of the UPVC selections are all White. Premium craftsmanship is applied to all mortise and tennon gates and windows, emphasizing draft-resistant sealed units. Other upgraded features include:

Electrical – If you require electricity in your structure, we recommend having an Electrician (of your choice) present on-site for approximately an hour during the installation process for initial wiring, and to return once the structure is completed for final connections. We do not provide or install any electrical sockets or lighting as part of our service.
