The package also includes: UPVC Double Doors (4′ – 123.3 x 200.8cm WxH), 2 x UPVC Full Length Fixed Casement Windows situated at the front (T15 – 79.5 x 200.8cm WxH), and 1 x UPVC Full Length, Top Opening Casement Window located on the side (T10LEA – 58.5 x 200.8cm WxH). The internal cladding is made from sturdy 9mm vertically grooved and primed MDF board, while the roof is covered with durable EPDM rubber. Additionally, an extra 8mm laminated flooring with 3mm underlay is provided, with a range of Laminate Colors to select from.
For individuals seeking customization, we offer various alternatives for windows and doors, which can be found in the accompanying documentation available on request. The doors are offered in Aluminum or UPVC variations, with the UPVC option available in 4 different colors that require minimal maintenance. Please be aware that the internal components of the UPVC selections are all White. The mortise and tennon doors and windows exhibit high-quality carpentry and include draught-proofed sealed units.

Electricity – If electrical wiring is desired within the structure, we recommend having an Electrician (of choice) present on-site for approximately an hour during installation for the initial wiring. The owner is responsible for supplying and installing any electrical sockets or lighting fixtures as part of the service.
