Our popular Othello Custom Insulated Garden Room is the top choice among customers for their outdoor space needs. The sleek and contemporary design fits perfectly in any outdoor environment. Each Poets garden structure is meticulously crafted to the highest standards, allowing for customization to suit your individual style preferences. This version of the Othello boasts horizontal Ultrashield composite tongue and groove panels, providing a natural wood look in various color options. The demand for composite garden rooms has been soaring worldwide due to their low maintenance, durability, and resistance to decay and damage. Unlike some competitors, we ensure complete insulation throughout the garden room, including floors, walls, and roof. Included in our standard package are UPVC Double Doors (4′ – 123.3 x 200.8cm WxH), 2 x UPVC Full Length Fixed Casement Windows at the front (T15 – 79.5 x 200.8cm WxH), and 1 x UPVC Full-Length, Top Opening Casement Window on the side (T10LEA – 58.5 x 200.8cm WxH). The internal fittings include 9mm vertically grooved and primed MDF board, an EPDM rubber roof covering, and laminated flooring with underlay. Various customization options are available, including different window and door selections, with premium features such as vertical T&G matchboard internal fitting, guttering, roof windows, canopy extensions, internal wall dividers, veranda, and decked area. For personalized modifications, kindly consult with our experienced sales team. The Othello series can be adjusted to meet height regulations and comes in various sizes, including L-Shaped configurations. Our insulation components consist of composite cladding, mineral wool insulation, and MDF board for walls; tongue & groove matchboard floor panels, sheet insulation, and laminated flooring with underlay for floors; and EPDM roofing, mineral wool insulation, and MDF board for roofs. Electricity can be installed by your Electrician, and we recommend their presence during installation for preliminary setup and final connection. We do not provide or install electrical fixtures as part of our service.
