Among our selection, the Emilia Tailored Insulated Garden Room measuring 10′ x 10′ is a bestseller. Its authentic and timeless design will enhance any garden or outdoor space. Each garden structure under the Verse brand is meticulously crafted, offering the flexibility to customize its design to suit your preferences. This version of the Emilia is covered in 12mm tongue and groove panels, painted in a factory finish, and can be personalized in your preferred color.
Unlike some of our competitors, we provide the garden room fully insulated by default, including the floor, walls, and roof. Our standard package also includes the following components:
- Double UPVC Doors (4′ – 123.3 x 200.8cm WxH)
- 2 Full-Length Fixed Casement Windows made of UPVC at the front of the building (size customized to fit the width)
- 1 Full-Length, Top-Opening Casement Window made of UPVC for the side of the building (T10LEA – 58.5 x 200.8cm WxH)
- Internal cladding of 9mm vertically grooved and primed MDF board
- Bardoline classic roof shingles
- Additional 8mm laminated flooring with 3mm underlay
We offer alternative window and door options, which can be found in the provided documentation and are priced upon request. The doors are available in both Aluminum and UPVC configurations. The UPVC doors and windows come in four different colors and require minimal maintenance. Please note that the internal finish of the UPVC options is White. All doors and windows feature high-quality joinery with draught-proof sealed units. Upgrades are available such as superior internal cladding, guttering, roof windows, roof covering enhancements, canopy extensions, internal wall partitions, exterior coated plinth kit, veranda with side wings, and external decked area. The Emilia complies with most height planning regulations, but it’s advisable to check with your local authorities for confirmation. Our doors meet insurance standards for security requirements. Electricity – Should you require electricity in your structure, we recommend having an Electrician present (of your choice) for about an hour during installation to perform the initial electrical work. A follow-up visit can be scheduled after the completion to finalize the electrical setup. Please note that we do not provide or install electrical outlets or lighting as part of our service.
