The delightful Loxley 6′ x 4′ Maple Play Cottage is a captivating playhouse designed in a popular fashion that will captivate your children for long periods since it provides ample space for their playtime endeavors. Constructed with 12mm shiplap cladding supported by robust 34mm framing, this edifice showcases a flooring and roofing crafted from top-notch Tongue and Groove panels. Featuring two fixed windows and a single entrance, this cottage comes with a small annex that offers shelter from the rain. The play cottage is finished in a cozy honey brown hue. All playhouses abide by CE standards (TUV Certified) and comply with the European Safety of Toys EN-71 regulations. Please note that our garden structures are treated with a water-based wood preservative to ensure protection during shipping. To ensure the full 10-year anti-rot guarantee, it is vital to treat the play cottage with a high-quality, alcohol-based wood treatment before or immediately after installation.
