Supported by a framing that is 30% more solid than the standard wooden shelters, this 7×7 refuge is built for durability. The compressed treatment applied provides a 25-year anti-rot warranty to this refuge, providing complete freedom from maintenance, as yearly preservative upkeep is not needed! Many other shelters require initial post-assembly treatment followed by yearly maintenance.
