This intriguing Loxley 6′ x 4′ Custard Tower Playhouse serves as an ideal shelter where your little ones can supervise the entire backyard, especially from the elevated deck zone. Guaranteed to entertain your children for extended periods, the playhouse is assembled using 12mm shiplap boards supported by 34mm framing. Moreover, its floor is crafted from premium Tongue and Groove boards, while the roof is fashioned from solid sheet OSB. As an added bonus, the structure includes 3 fixed windows, 2 adaptable openings (perfect for engaging in water battles), and a single door. The playhouse is coated in a honey brown finish and has been pre-treated for protection, meeting all CE regulations (TUV Certified) and conforming to the European Standard for the Safety of Toys EN-71. It’s important to note that our garden buildings are precoated with a water-based wood treatment to ensure safeguarding during transport. To avail the complete 10-year anti-rot warranty, it is essential to apply a premium, solvent-based timber preservative prior to or shortly after assembling the playhouse.
