Crafted from 12mm shiplap cladding over a sturdy 34mm framework, with a tongue and groove floor and a roof crafted from solid sheet OSB. Balancing practicality with beauty, it boasts one fixed and three opening windows, making it effortless to keep the interior well-ventilated and illuminated. This playhouse is delivered with a honey-brown dip finish. All playhouses meet full CE regulations (TUV Certified) and are developed following the European Standard for Toy Safety EN-71. Kindly be aware that our garden structures come treated with a water-based timber protection for transit purposes. To activate the comprehensive 10-year anti-rot warranty, it is essential to apply a premium, solvent-based wood preservative to the garden building before or soon after assembly.
