The Caramel Tower Playhouse by Loxley, measuring 6′ x 4′, is a delightful play area topped with a decking space that will surely entertain your children for extended periods, offering ample room for their recreational activities. Crafted with a 12mm shiplap cladding on robust 34mm framework, the playhouse features a floor constructed from premium Tongue and Groove planks, and a roof built from sturdy sheet OSB. Equipped with two operable windows, maintaining proper ventilation inside the playhouse is effortless, while a petite overhang provides shelter from rain showers. This playhouse is finished in a honey brown dip treatment. Each playhouse is fully certified with CE markings (TUV Certified) and has been designed in adherence to the Safety of Toys European Standard EN-71. Kindly be informed that our garden structures are treated with a water-based wood preservative for protection during transportation. To avail the complete 10-year anti-rot warranty, it is imperative that you treat the garden structure with a top-notch, alcohol-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after assembly.
