The Oren 6′ x 4′ Shiplap Modular Custom Apex Shed has been carefully crafted for simple setup. This shed offers the flexibility to arrange the doors and windows in various positions, making it suitable for any type of garden. Constructed entirely of 12mm robust shiplap tongue and groove timber, including the floor and roof, to provide enhanced durability and strength. The sturdy framing of this structure features rounded corners for a remarkable appearance. Included with toughened safety glass as standard, and equipped with a Premium High-Performance Felt featuring a special polyester lining to ensure long-lasting protection without easily tearing or rippling.

Customization options for this shed include a windowless version and a double door upgrade. Refer to the ‘customize & purchase’ section for more information. Tongue and groove construction is consistent throughout, with all Oren sheds utilizing 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber. In addition, both the floor and roof boast 12mm tongue and groove panels to offer added durability and strength.

The shiplap cladding design includes a subtle channel at the top of each panel, enabling swift water runoff and rapid drying following exposure to rain, thereby safeguarding the shed from potential water damage.

For sheds with windows, toughened safety glass is provided as a standard feature. The toughening treatment significantly enhances the glass’s structural resilience and thermal toughness, making it highly resistant to heat and shocks compared to regular glass.

Internal beading is already incorporated into the glass installation, negating the need for manual fitting and complemented by PVC sills that prevent water ingress while delivering an exquisite aesthetic finish.

Equipped with galvanized ironmongery including hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls, all Oren sheds are engineered for longevity, minimizing oxidation and ensuring prolonged durability. Galvanization involves coating with a protective zinc layer to safeguard against rust and other forms of damage.

The shed is finished with premium high-performance waterproof felt featuring a special polyester backing to guarantee extended longevity, resist tearing and rippling. This felt is impregnated with a layer of bitumen (asphalt) that repels water while maintaining breathability.
