The Redlands 4′ x 8′ Shiplap Modular Pent Security Shed, equipped with secure narrow openings for windows, is an excellent choice for utilization in allotments or in scenarios where your outbuilding is positioned in seclusion, at the back of your yard, or near a pathway. Complementing its security features, this structure includes a complimentary high-security locking reinforcement rod. This innovative and adaptable construction empowers you to determine the exact positioning of the entryway and windows. Utilizing modular panels that can be affixed on any face and in any orientation to construct your optimal setup. The entryway can be installed on either flank to configure them with right or left-sided hinges, and is outfitted with a trustworthy locking mechanism and key, turning knob, and security rod for supplemental protection. The outbuildings boast elevated ceilings to ensure abundant vertical space within the structure, minimizing the need to bend while inside. Positioned on foundation beams to elevate the edifice off the ground while still enclosing it on all sides to prevent intrusion from beneath. This variant of the 4′ x 8′ Shiplap Modular Pent Security Shed includes 2 durable toughened glass narrow windows to introduce sunlight into the unit and ensure its security. Crafted from premium 12mm shiplap wooden planks coated with our distinct TigerSkin water-based preservative. Both the base and canopy are fabricated from sturdy 12mm tongue & groove panels with asphalt felt applied to the roof for supplementary weather resistance. All the wood employed in the fabrication of our constructions is verified to originate from a lawful and sustainable source. This item is backed by the Redlands Garden Structures 10-year warranty. It provides protection against general wood decay and decomposition, but does not cover natural wood fractures or warping that may arise over time. Please Take Note: It is crucial that the structure is assembled following the provided guidelines on a firm, even base composed of a sufficiently durable material. It should also be treated promptly after assembly and annually thereafter using an appropriate, high-quality preservative.
