Guardian Timber Dye & Defender is a durable moisture-resistant solution that is environmentally safe for plants and animals, shielding all varieties of outdoor wood from elements and mildew. Suitable for application on terracotta, brickwork, or any absorbent surface. Enduring – lasting between 2 to 5 years (subject to usage and exposure levels). Comes in assorted shades. Approximate coverage: 8-12m² per application. We advise applying two layers and a third one to enhance color intensity. If your primary wood treatment is not pressure-treated, it’s necessary to apply a wood preservative first, such as Guardian Wood Preserver ++. To combat severe weather conditions, it’s advisable to use Guardian Clear Strong Shield as a final layer. For pale tones, we suggest using our Pigment Blocking Base to avert possible discoloration from tannin seepage.
