Crafted from premium 10mm thick overlap cladding, featuring an extensive 40mm overlap to reduce timber movement and enhance durability for a longer-lasting structure. Equipped with toughened safety glass and a top-tier High Performance Felt with specialized polyester backing, ensuring longevity and resistance to tearing or rippling. Tongue and groove flooring and roofing

Your shed’s flooring and roofing consist of robust 12mm thick tongue and groove timber, avoiding the usage of lower-quality materials such as OSB or chipboard.

Rustic Overlap Cladding

The shed is constructed from premium 10mm thick overlap cladding, offering a generous 40mm overlap to minimize timber movement and enhance durability for a prolonged lifespan.

Toughened glass

Any Oren shed featuring windows is furnished with toughened safety glass as standard. The toughening process enhances the glass’s structural strength and thermal resistance, boosting its resilience and ability to withstand heat. Toughened glass offers 500% greater resistance to heat and impact compared to standard glass.

Galvanised ironmongery

All Oren sheds are supplied with galvanised hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls to prolong the shed’s lifespan and minimize oxidation. The galvanising process adds a protective zinc layer to prevent rust and other forms of damage.

Premium High Performance Felt

The shed is complemented with a high-grade waterproof felt featuring a specialized ‘polyester’ backing, ensuring durability and resistance to tearing or rippling. The felt is impregnated with a bitumen (asphalt) protective coating, repelling water while allowing the shed to breathe.

Advance exterior wood preservative

The shed is treated with an advanced exterior wood preservative incorporating a wax additive, eliminating the need for re-treatment for an entire year. This water-based treatment includes a balanced amount of wax, allowing for easy repainting in a different color if desired.
