The Oren 8′ x 6′ Overlap Modular Personalized Pent Shed has been crafted for straightforward assembly. This shed is adjustable, giving you the freedom to position the doors and windows in any orientation, making it suitable for any yard. Crafted from top-notch 10mm thick overlap cladding, which features an extra-large 40mm overlap to reduce wood movement and create a sturdier, more enduring structure. This shed is equipped with toughened safety glass as standard, along with a Premium High Performance Felt that has a special polyester base, ensuring its longevity and resistance to tearing. Customization options for the shed include a windowless variation and an upgrade to double doors. Refer to the ‘customize & buy’ section for further details. Tongue and groove foundation and canopy The foundation and canopy of your shed are constructed from 12mm thick tongue and groove lumber. No low-quality materials such as OSB or chipboard are utilized! Unfinished Overlap Cladding Your shed is constructed from superior 10mm thick overlap cladding. It boasts an extensive 40mm overlap to minimize wood movement and enhance durability. Sturdy glass Any Oren shed with windows features sturdy safety glass as standard. The toughening process boosts the glass’s structural strength and thermal resistance, leading to improved longevity and heat endurance. Sturdy glass is 500% more resilient to heat and impact compared to regular glass. The glass is pre-fitted internally, eliminating the need for self-installation, and PVC sills cap off the window units to prevent water penetration and create an elegant appearance. Zinc-coated ironmongery All Oren sheds are equipped with zinc-coated hinges, latch buttons, and door pulls to enhance longevity and reduce oxidation. Zinc coating involves applying a protective zinc layer to shield against rust and other forms of harm. Premium High Performance Felt The shed includes a high-quality waterproof felt with a special ‘polyester’ foundation, ensuring prolonged durability and tear resistance. The felt is impregnated with a protective bitumen (asphalt) coating, which repels water while allowing the product to breathe. Advanced outdoor wood preservative Advanced outdoor wood preservative with a wax component eliminates the need for shed re-treatment for an entire year. The preservative is water-based and contains just the right amount of wax, enabling easy repainting in a different color if desired.
