The Oren 12′ x 10′ Shiplap Modular Personalized Security Apex Shed is crafted for effortless assembly and provides top-notch safeguarding for all your garden equipment and treasures. Equipped with security cut windows and pre-installed high security 5-pin cylinder lock as a standard feature. This shed offers customizable options, allowing flexibility in the placement of doors and windows to suit any garden layout. All Oren Sheds are constructed from 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove lumber, including the sturdy floor and roof for added resilience. The rugged framing of this structure boasts rounded edges at every corner, enhancing its aesthetic appeal.

Featuring toughened safety glass as standard, and a Premium High Performance Felt with a unique polyester backing, ensuring prolonged durability without easily rippling or tearing. Tongue and groove consistency runs throughout all Oren sheds, where 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove wood is utilized. The 12mm tongue and groove flooring and roofing enhance structural integrity and longevity. The shiplap cladding includes a slight profile atop each board, facilitating quicker water runoff and aiding swift drying after rainfall exposure, thus safeguarding against water-related deterioration.

Any Oren shed equipped with windows comes fitted with toughened safety glass as standard. The toughening process enhances the glass’s structural robustness and thermal endurance, elevating its resilience against heat. Toughened glass exhibits 500% more resistance to heat and impact compared to standard glass. Internally beaded glass requires no additional fitting, while PVC sills on window units prevent water ingress, delivering a splendid finish.

All Oren sheds are supplied with galvanized ironmongery including hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls, ensuring longevity and minimizing oxidation. The galvanization process applies a protective zinc layer, shielding against rust and other potential harm. The shed is topped off with a high-performance waterproof felt featuring a unique ‘polyester’ backing, promising extended durability and tear resistance. The felt is coated with bitumen (asphalt) for water repellency while maintaining breathability.
