This captivating playhouse, the Loxley 4′ x 4′ Candy Tower Playhouse, includes an elevated platform that will surely engage your children while bringing delight to grown-ups, making it an excellent fit for smaller gardens. Crafted using a 12mm shiplap cladding on a sturdy 34mm framework, both the floor and roof are made from solid OSB sheets. With a single opening window, ensuring proper ventilation within the playhouse is effortless. The playhouse comes pre-treated in a charming honey brown finish. Every playhouse is fully compliant with CE marking (TUV Certified) and adheres to the European Toy Safety standard EN-71 guidelines. Kindly note that our garden structures are treated with a water-based wood preservative for transport protection. For the complete 10-year anti-rot warranty, treating the playhouse with a premium, solvent-based wood preservative before or immediately after assembly is vital.
