Featuring high-quality full pane double doors and windows that flood the interior with natural light, creating a cozy and lively atmosphere. Constructed from top-notch tongue and groove timber, durable galvanized hardware, and premium performance felt, ensuring its longevity. All Oren Summer Houses are crafted from sturdy 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber, covering the floor and roof for added robustness. The robust framing of this building is elegantly curved at every corner, enhancing its visual appeal.
This Summer House is equipped with toughened safety glass by default, along with a Premium High-Performance Felt that has a specialized polyester backing, guaranteeing prolonged endurance without easy tearing or rippling. The shiplap cladding, featuring a slight profile at the top of each board, facilitates swift water runoff, aiding in quicker drying after rainfall to shield it against water-related damage.
Each Oren Summer House includes galvanized ironmongery, such as hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls, to prolong its lifespan and reduce oxidation. The galvanization provides a protective zinc coat that shields against rust and other harmful elements. The window units are finished with PVC sills to prevent water ingress and deliver a polished appearance.
The Summer House comes with toughened safety glass for any windows, offering enhanced structural durability and thermal strength, significantly boosting its resistance to heat and impact compared to regular glass. Additionally, the glass is internally beaded, removing the need for self-installation, while PVC sills ensure water resistance and an aesthetically pleasing finish. Window Dimensions: Height = 162cm – Width = 45.7cm.
The Summer House is topped off with a high-quality waterproof felt, featuring a ‘polyester’ backing for extended durability and resistance to tearing or rippling. The felt is coated with bitumen, a protective asphalt layer that repels water while allowing the structure to breathe.
