The roof of the Mini-Barn is shielded by a layer of robust green mineral felt for added security. This item includes a strong lock and key system, given at no extra cost. Crafted from top-grade tongue and groove shiplap cladding, which ensures heightened stability and safety. The 12mm finish shiplap cladding comprises high-quality European softwoods shielded with our distinctive red cedar water-based treatment. All wood used in manufacturing our structures is verified to come from a lawful and sustainable source. The Redlands Garden Buildings warranty of 10 years is included with this product. It guards against typical wood decay and rot – though it does not extend coverage to natural wood splits or warping that may naturally arise over time.
