Tongue and Groove Floor and Roof

The shed’s floor and roof are constructed from 12mm thick tongue and groove timber, excluding inferior materials like OSB or chipboard.

Rustic Overlap Cladding

Constructed from high-quality 10mm thick overlap cladding with an extra-large 40mm overlap to enhance strength and longevity.

Toughened Glass

For sheds with windows, toughened safety glass is provided as standard, significantly boosting durability and thermal resistance compared to standard glass. It offers 500% more heat and shock resistance and comes internally beaded for convenience. PVC sills on window units prevent water ingress and deliver a polished finish.

Galvanised Ironmongery

All Oren sheds are equipped with galvanised hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls to extend the shed’s lifespan and reduce oxidation. Galvanisation involves coating with a zinc layer, guarding against rust and other damage.

Premium High Performance Felt

The shed is finished with high-quality waterproof felt featuring a special ‘polyester’ backing, ensuring longevity and tear resistance. The felt is imbued with bitumen for water repellence while maintaining breathability.

Advanced Exterior Wood Preservative

The shed is pre-treated with an advanced exterior wood preservative containing a wax additive, eliminating the need for re-treatment for an entire year. This water-based solution with a balanced wax content allows for painting over in a different color if desired.
