uPVC Doors and Windows – Our Oren Log Cabin is furnished with uPVC Double Doors in Anthracite Grey and uPVC ‘Tilt and Turn’ Opening Windows. All glass is toughened and double glazed. High Security – In addition to the toughened double glazing, a 5-point locking system secures all doors and windows. Roofing Covering – The roof of this log cabin is designed for durability with a 50-year life expectancy, safeguarding the building from varying weather conditions. It includes an innovative EPDM rubber roofing system with a 50-year lifespan. This system features a gutter edge drip plate to channel rainwater away from the log cabin’s sides.
Under 2.5m – All cabins are under 2.5m to the ridge, allowing you to circumvent most planning permission restrictions applicable to residential constructions. Extra deep 145mm roof purlins maintain strength and rigidity despite the reduced height.
High Grade Timber – Walls of the log cabin are crafted from 44mm thick high-quality, sustainably sourced, Scandinavian Timber. Inferior timber profiles like 19mm and 28mm logs, or cabins with OSB or chipboard floors and roofs, are not used. The tongue & groove boards of the floor and roofs ensure robustness, and timber bearers elevate the cabin off the ground for floor protection.
Contemporary Touches – External sills adorn all windows, while the ‘easy access’ aluminum low threshold sills on the doors enhance functionality. The Burford style skirting provides a refined finish to the interior of the log cabin.
Innovative Self-Assembly – Our 44mm, high-grade interlocking logs are supported by a smart notching system, simplifying cabin assembly. The package includes fixings and instructions for DIY construction and offers additional technical support and installation videos if needed.
