This Oren Summer House is furnished with toughened safety glass as standard, and boasts a Premium High Performance Felt with a unique polyester backing, guaranteeing its longevity and resistance to tearing. All Oren Summer Houses are built using 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber throughout, including the floor and roof, for added strength and durability. The shiplap cladding features a small channel at the top of each board, allowing rainwater to runoff quickly and aiding in rapid drying after rainfall to prevent water damage.
Every Oren Summer House with windows is fitted with toughened safety glass as standard, enhancing its durability and thermal strength, making it 500% more resistant to heat and shock than standard glass. The glass is internally beaded, eliminating the need for self-installation, and PVC sills provide a seamless finish while preventing water ingress. Window Dimensions: Height = 162cm | Width = 45.7cm.
For added longevity and resistance to oxidation, all Oren Summer Houses come equipped with galvanised hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls.
