Constructed using 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber for the walls, floor, and roof, ensuring exceptional strength and durability, guaranteeing a long lifespan. Enhanced with heavy-duty framing, corner bracing on all wall panels, toughened safety glass, and Premium High Performance Felt with a unique polyester backing, this Oren Summer House is built to last. Tongue and groove design is utilized throughout the structure, providing added sturdiness and resilience. The shiplap cladding features a small profile on each board, allowing water to flow off the summer house rapidly, aiding in quick drying after rain to prevent water damage. Equipped with toughened safety glass for windows, the glass’s enhanced durability and thermal strength make it 500% more resistant to heat and shock than standard glass. The galvanised ironmongery, including hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls, minimizes oxidization, ensuring the longevity of the summer house. The Premium High Performance Felt, treated with bitumen coating, offers excellent waterproofing and resistance to tearing, prolonging its lifespan.
