The Loxley 6ft x 4ft Truffle Playhouse presents an appealing playhouse in a sought-after style that is certain to engage your children for extended periods since it offers abundant room for their playtime entertainment. Made from a 12mm shiplap cladding on sturdy 34mm framing, with the flooring composed of premium Tongue and Groove planks, and the roof crafted from solid sheet OSB. The structure is equipped with two operable windows and a single entrance, along with a slight overhang to shield against rain. This playhouse is coated in a honey brown finish and comes pre-treated. All playhouses have full CE markings (TUV Certified) and conform to the European Standard for Toy Safety EN-71. Kindly be advised that our garden constructions are pre-treated for safeguarding during transportation. To be eligible for the complete 10-year anti-rot warranty, it is vital to treat the garden structure with a top-notch, spirit-based timber preservative either before or right after assembly.
