The Oren 4′ by 4′ Shiplap Modular Custom Apex Shed has been crafted for effortless assembly. This shed offers customization options, enabling you to position the doors and windows as desired, making it suitable for any outdoor space. All Oren Sheds are constructed from 12mm sturdy shiplap tongue and groove timber, including the floor and roof, to ensure enhanced durability. The robust framing of this structure features rounded corners for a sophisticated appearance. Included with this shed is toughened safety glass and a Premium High Performance Felt with a unique polyester backing, guaranteeing long-lasting quality and resistance to tearing. Tongue and Groove Integrity
Every Oren shed is crafted from 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber, offering exceptional strength and stability throughout. The use of 12mm tongue and groove for the floor and roof further reinforces the structure. Shiplap cladding includes a subtle channel at the top of each board, facilitating quicker water runoff and aiding in the shed’s rapid drying post-rain exposure, which helps safeguard against water-related damage.

Durable Glass
Any Oren shed featuring windows is equipped with toughened safety glass as a standard feature. The toughening process enhances the glass’s structural resilience and thermal strength, elevating its durability and ability to withstand heat. Toughened glass boasts 500% greater resistance to heat and shock compared to regular glass, with internally beaded glass pre-fitted to eliminate the need for customer installation. PVC sills complete the window units, preventing water ingress and providing a polished aesthetic.

Galvanized Fixtures
All Oren sheds are furnished with galvanized hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls to extend the shed’s lifespan and reduce oxidation. Galvanizing involves coating with a protective layer of zinc to shield against rust and other forms of damage.

Superior Waterproof Covering
The shed is finalized with a high-performance waterproof felt incorporating a special ‘polyester’ backing to ensure prolonged longevity and prevent easy tearing or rippling. The felt is impregnated with a bitumen (asphalt) protective coating that repels water while allowing the product to breathe.
