The Oren 12′ x 4′ Shiplap Modular Custom Apex Shed has been crafted for effortless setup. This structure can be tailored, giving you the flexibility to position the doors and windows as desired, suitable for various garden layouts. Every Oren Shed is constructed from 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove lumber, all the way from the base to the top, ensuring enhanced sturdiness and longevity. The robust framework of this construction is curved at each edge, providing a striking appearance. Equipped with toughened safety glass and a Premium High Performance Felt featuring a unique polyester backing, this shed guarantees extended durability and resistance to tearing. Tongue and groove consistency

All Oren sheds are constructed from 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove lumber. The flooring and roofing also consist of 12mm tongue and groove panels, offering additional robustness and endurance. Shiplap cladding includes a slight groove at the top of each panel, facilitating quick water runoff and aiding in faster drying after rainfall, safeguarding against potential water-related harm.

Durable glass panes

All Oren sheds featuring windows are furnished with toughened safety glass as a standard inclusion. The toughening process enhances the structural integrity and thermal resistance of the glass, boosting its resilience and ability to withstand heat. Compared to regular glass, toughened glass is five times more resistant to heat and impact. The glass comes internally beaded, eliminating the need for self-installation, while PVC sills on the window units prevent water leakage and deliver an exquisite finish.

Corrosion-resistant hardware

Every Oren shed is supplied with galvanized hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls, which extend the shed’s lifespan and lessen the likelihood of rust accumulation. Galvanization involves applying a protective zinc layer to prevent rust formation and other forms of damage.

Premium High Performance Felt

The shed features a high-quality waterproof felt with a special polyester backing, ensuring prolonged endurance and resistance to tearing. This felt is saturated with a protective bitumen coating that repels water while allowing the material to breathe, preventing rippling and other damages.
