The stylish Oren 16′ x 8′ Shiplap Modular Custom Apex Shed is crafted for effortless setup. You have the flexibility to position the doors and windows wherever you like, making it suitable for all types of gardens. Constructed from robust 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber, including the floor and roof, this shed offers exceptional strength and longevity. The sturdy framing of this structure is elegantly rounded at each corner. It features toughened safety glass and a top-quality Premium High Performance Felt with a special polyester backing to ensure durability. Tongue and groove construction is consistent throughout the shed, with all components fashioned from 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber. The shiplap cladding boasts a small groove at the top of each board, facilitating efficient water runoff and quick drying after rain exposure, thereby safeguarding the shed from potential water-related damages.

For sheds equipped with windows, toughened safety glass is standard. The toughening process enhances the glass’s structural resilience and thermal efficiency, significantly bolstering its resistance to heat and shock by 500% compared to standard glass. The glass comes pre-fitted, with PVC sills on the window units for added protection against water ingress and a polished appearance.

Galvanised ironmongery, including hinges, turn buttons, and door pull, is included with every Oren shed. This hardware is galvanised to prevent rust and prolong the shed’s lifespan. Galvanising involves applying a protective zinc coating, shielding the metal from corrosion and other forms of damage.

The shed is topped off with high-quality, waterproof felt featuring a special ‘polyester’ backing for enhanced durability. The felt is impregnated with bitumen (asphalt), forming a protective layer that repels water while allowing the shed to breathe, preventing rippling and tearing.
