The timber is of superior quality, endorsed, and comes with a honey brown timber basecoat ready for you to apply your preferred top coat, after you’ve settled on a hue! The Den is covered in 12mm shiplap boards on a 34mm square framework featuring a T&G floor and roof. You’ll find two opening windows and two fixed windows. The doors are adorned with faux decorative hinges, bearing a full-length hinge for safety. All necessary fixings and mineral roof felt are included, along with detailed assembly guidelines. The dimensions provided are for the external wall of the structure. Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll be furnished with a link to select your delivery date. On the day of delivery, you’ll also receive real-time tracking information. Before you construct your structure, you’ll need a foundation that is even and of adequate size. Grass, soil, or gravel won’t suffice as they will shift under the weight of the building. Imperial measurements are approximations, so please consult the metric sizes for accuracy.
