Within the Loxley 10′ x 8′ Double Door Shiplap Barn lies a distinctive high Dutch Barn styled roof with a feature gable, crafted by hand for your garden. The unique shape of the roof provides ample headspace and potential storage in the roof cavity. Easy entry is ensured with the broad double doors, secured with a padbolt, while the sizable, opening, side windows are resistant to storms and flood the interior with light. Furthermore, the doors can be placed at either end for flexibility. Constructed with 12mm slow-grown shiplap cladding from quality pine on a robust 34mm framing, the structure features a 12mm T&G roof and floor. Included in the package are mineral roof felt, a complete fixing kit, and detailed assembly instructions. The Barn comes treated with a honey brown preservative basecoat, allowing for immediate top coat application upon installation, whether that be paint or stain. Following your purchase, a link will be provided for selecting your preferred delivery day. Upon the day of delivery, real-time tracking information will also be shared. When deciding on the placement, account for the roof overhang and easy access for painting during assembly. Before commencing assembly, ensure a flat and even base of adequate size is prepared. Please consult the metric dimensions on the plan drawing for precise accuracy.
