This exquisite garden structure known as the Loxley 12′ x 8′ Double Door Shiplap Barn comes with an attractive Dutch Barn inspired roof featuring a distinctive gable design. Crafted by hand, this building stands out as a unique addition to any garden space. The eye-catching roof shape provides ample headroom, offering the opportunity for storage within the roof area.

Delivering easy access, the spacious double doors equipped with a padbolt make getting into the building hassle-free. The generous storm-resistant side windows, which can be opened, allow abundant natural light to brighten the interior. Additionally, the doors can be installed at either end of the structure.

This barn showcases 12mm slow-grown shiplap cladding made from top-quality pine, supported by sturdy 34mm square framing. Both the roof and the floor are constructed using 12mm T&G material. The package includes mineral roof felt, a comprehensive fixing kit, and detailed assembly instructions.

Prior to installation, the barn is treated with a honey brown preservative basecoat, ensuring it’s ready for your personal top coat application, such as wood paint or stain. Once you place your order, you will receive a link to select your preferred delivery date, along with live tracking information for the day of delivery.

During installation, it’s essential to consider the roof overhang and provide ample space for painting and maintenance. Before assembling the barn, prepare a flat and level base of sufficient size. Grass, soil, or gravel surfaces are not recommended, as they may shift under the weight of the structure. For accuracy, refer to the metric dimensions indicated on the plan drawing.
