Quality Tongue and Groove Construction

Every Oren shed is meticulously constructed from 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber, ensuring superior durability and structural integrity. The incorporation of 12mm tongue and groove floor and roof adds further strength and resilience. Shiplap cladding features a unique profile at the top of each board, facilitating efficient water runoff and rapid drying post rainfall, safeguarding the shed from potential water-related damage.

Durable Toughened Glass

For sheds furnished with windows, Oren utilizes toughened safety glass as a standard feature. The toughening process enhances the glass’s structural robustness and thermal resistance, elevating its durability and ability to withstand heat. This toughened glass is five times more resilient to heat and shock compared to regular glass. Internally beaded glass eliminates the need for customer glass fitting, while PVC sills on the window units prevent water ingress and contribute to an exquisite appearance.

Galvanised Ironmongery

Each Oren shed is accompanied by galvanised hinges, turn buttons, and door pulls, minimizing oxidation and prolonging the shed’s lifespan. The galvanising process involves applying a protective zinc layer which shields the components from rust and other forms of damage.

Premium Waterproof Felt

Completing the shed is a premium waterproof felt with a specialized ‘polyester’ backing, ensuring extended longevity and resilience against tearing or rippling.
