Completely Modular Structure
Now with an improved completely modular structure, this garden shed is delivered in smaller sections of interchangeable panels, making assembly much simpler than typical wooden sheds. This modular structure also provides an extensive selection of door and window placements, allowing customization to meet exact specifications. With 30% more framing than standard wooden sheds, this 12×8 shed is not just easy to assemble and versatile, but also remarkably sturdy.
Walls, Base, and Roof
The walls are constructed from 7mm overlap cladding, ensuring efficient rainwater drainage and enabling the timber to expand and contract naturally with the seasons. Unlike most other overlap sheds, the boards are precisely cut, giving them a notably sleek finish.
The base is made of 14mm solid timber, 40% thicker than standard shed flooring, and furnished with pressure-treated bearers for added safeguard against ground moisture.
The roof consists of 8mm solid sheet, strengthened with a metal truss bracket, and fitted with a premium mineral-felt cover for comprehensive weather protection. Its reverse apex design, smooth-planed barge boards, and appealing finials provide the final touches to an extremely stylish appearance.
A High-Security Shed
The double doors can be positioned in various ways and feature double-Z framing for additional robustness to prevent deformation. Concealed security hinges and a hasp & staple plate ensure the safety of valuable tools (padlock not included). The 6 PET-glazed windows allow ample natural light into the shed. Constructed from recyclable materials, these windows are completely unbreakable and will not fade or discolor in sunlight. An elevated roofline offers ample headroom and increases storage options in the garden.

Forest’s White Glove Service will deliver this shed free of charge to most UK locations, directly to the customer’s garden, with all packaging discarded. Clear instructions and a complete set of hardware are provided for a simple assembly process.

As an alternative to laying slabs or concrete, this shed base provides a quicker, more cost-effective and do-it-yourself solution. The base framework is crafted from UC4 incised timber, pressure-treated for robustness and guaranteed to resist decay for an impressive 15 years. Base size: 7.5cm (h) x 241.6cm (w) x 354cm (d)
Plastic Shed Base Kit
Simple to install, the 12×8 plastic shed base kit is perfect for avoiding the hassle of laying slabs or concrete. Its interlocking design makes assembly straightforward and, despite being lightweight, it offers a durable base for the shed. Made from 100% recycled plastic, this eco-friendly base can be reused if the shed is relocated. The base allows for ventilation and drainage under the shed to keep the floor dry. Installation involves interlocking the square grids and placing them on a firm, level surface. Each square is 500 x 500 x 40mm, with 40 squares and heavy-duty weed membrane included. Please note that we do not assemble plastic shed bases as part of our installation service.
