The 15′ x 11′ Palmako Kalle Premium (88mm) Multi-room Shed (4.5m x 3.3m), with two internal compartments, has a smart, contemporary style and unbeatably thick cladding, so offers outstanding garden storage combined with a separate workshop or hobby room area. This premium garden shed is constructed from 88mm Nordic spruce, fine-sawn tongue and groove cladding, with added wind protection. This makes it far better protected and insulated from the weather than any conventional wooden shed. The floor and contemporary pent roof are both built from 19mm tongue and groove. The floor sits on treated foundation joists to prevent any risk of damage caused by ground moisture. Wide double doors offer easy access to the larger 10m2 section of this garden building, while a single door provides separate entry to the smaller 3.4m2 area. All doors have laminated frames and are fitted with a cylinder lock, so valuable tools and equipment will be completely safe from unwanted attention. The smaller section also features a glass window which provides the interior with plenty of natural light. Ready-made wall elements, clear instructions and a comprehensive fixing kit make assembly nice and simple. All parts are covered by a 5-year guarantee. *This garden workshop is supplied untreated. We advise treating it with a quality wood preservative within 6 weeks of assembly, and annually thereafter, in order to prevent rot and maintain the wood’s attractive appearance. For a more individual look, paint can be applied.* Please note that the roof does not include a covering. Buy SBS or Roof Underlay Felt as an optional extra. (SBS is a thick, torch-on weatherproof felt with a very long lifespan. Installation should only be carried out by those with advanced DIY skills or a professional installer.
