Wooden Shed Base Kit
As an alternative to laying slabs or concrete, this shed base offers a quicker, more cost-effective DIY solution. Constructed from UC4 incised timber and pressure treated, the framework is robust and guaranteed to resist rot for 15 years. Base size: 7.5cm (h) x 118cm (w) x 182.6cm (d).
Plastic Shed Base Kit
Installation is quick and easy with the 6×4 plastic shed base kit, ideal for avoiding the complexity of laying slabs or concrete when preparing a base for a new shed. The interlocking design makes assembly straightforward, providing a strong and enduring base for the shed. Constructed from 100% recycled plastic, this eco-friendly base can be reused if the shed is relocated. The base allows for ventilation and drainage beneath the shed, aiding in keeping the shed floor dry. To install, interlock the square grids and lay on a firm, level ground. 15kg of 10mm pea gravel per square is recommended (gravel not included). Each square measures 500 x 500 x 40mm. This pack includes 12 squares and heavy-duty weed membrane. Please note that the plastic shed bases are not assembled as part of the installation service. Preparation of the base according to the instructions provided is necessary before the installers’ visit. Avoid laying the base directly on grass, as it is unsuitable, and the installers will be unable to assemble your garden building.
