Walls, Flooring, and Roofing
Constructed from 7mm overlap cladding, the walls ensure efficient rainwater drainage and allow the timber to expand naturally with shifting seasons. Unlike the majority of other overlap sheds, the boards are cut straight, affording a considerably more sophisticated finish.
The flooring, built from 14mm solid timber, is 40% thicker than standard shed flooring, featuring pressure-treated bearers for added protection against ground moisture. The roof consists of 8mm solid sheet material and is topped with premium mineral-felt for complete weatherproofing. The contemporary pent design adds the final flourish to an exceptionally stylish appearance.
Enhanced Security Shed
The double doors can be positioned variably and come equipped with double-Z framing for enhanced reinforcement to prevent warping. Wooden Shed Base Kit
This shed base, composed of UC4 incised timber, is pressure treated and offers a quicker and more cost-effective DIY alternative to laying slabs or concrete. The base is robust due to the pressure treatment and guaranteed rot resistance for an impressive 15 years. Base dimensions: 7.5cm (h) x 118cm (w) x 182.6cm (d)
Plastic Shed Base Kit
The 6×4 plastic shed base kit is a swift and easy-to-install solution for circumventing the inconvenience of laying slabs or concrete for a new shed base. Its interlocking design facilitates simple assembly and, despite its light weight, provides a durable and sturdy base. Crafted from 100% recycled plastic, the base is eco-friendly and can be reused if the shed is relocated. The base promotes ventilation and drainage beneath the shed, aiding in keeping the shed floor dry. Installation involves interlocking the square grids and placing them on a firm, level ground area. It is recommended to use 15kg of 10mm pea gravel per square (gravel not included). Each square measures 500 x 500 x 40mm. This pack includes 12 squares and a heavy-duty, commercially-graded weed membrane. Please note that the assembling of plastic shed bases is not offered as part of the installation service. Prepare the base following the provided instructions before the installers’ visit as the base must not be laid directly on grass for proper installation.
