Offering multipurpose utility as either a garden shed or a fashionable summerhouse, the Conventional 6′ Cabin 8′ x 6′ (2.44 x 1.83m) Garden Shed is an incredibly adaptable garden structure. Additionally, this 8×6 timber cabin is customizable with a selection of porch options.

The construction of this premium 8×6 shed involves utilizing 12mm tongue and groove panels on a sturdy 38mm x 50mm framework, ensuring long-lasting durability. Both the floor and apex roof feature superior 12mm tongue and groove material, with the roof benefiting from a felt covering to safeguard against rain. The roof extension of 1′ can be connected to either a 2’6 or 4′ veranda, both of which are available as optional additions. A visually pleasing smooth-planed finish not only contributes to the robust and weather-resistant qualities of this shed but also enhances its attractiveness.

Convenient access to the garden space is provided through a ledged and braced single door, equipped with zinc fixtures and a key-operated locking mechanism for complete protection of valuable tools and stored items. There are four fixed windows, two on the front and one on each side, allowing ample natural light to illuminate the interior.

With dimensions of 2280mm x 2440mm x 1830mm and backed by a reassuring 1-year parts warranty, this adaptable wooden shed has been dip-treated. It is recommended to re-treat it within 6 weeks of assembly and annually thereafter to preserve its attractive appearance.

To enhance the longevity of the shed, consider upgrading to pressure-treated timber, which extends the anti-rot guarantee to 15 years. Furthermore, with this upgrade, the cladding is enhanced to a thicker 15mm at no additional cost!
The optional upgrades include bookcase shelving, a double-door cupboard, a security cupboard, and top racking with shelving, all crafted from high-quality timber. Please note that only one of these shed furniture items can be selected. The bookcase shelving fits snugly into the rear gable of the garden building while the door cupboard is equipped with 3 galvanized hinges supporting each door, a mortice lock, an internal dividing shelf, and a work surface. The security cupboard features 3 galvanized hinges, mortice locks, 3 shelves, and space for taller items, easily securable to the garden building’s floor.
