The captivating Adley 4′ x 4′ Jellytot Cozy Playhouse brings happiness, thrill, and security. Made from top-notch materials, this wooden playhouse showcases a timeless design that adds an enchanting flair. Its apex roof structure ensures generous headspace and is covered with Mineral felt for improved weather resilience. The robust solid sheet boards utilized for flooring and roofing boost sturdiness.
The window is made with tough 2mm styrene glazing to ensure protection. Our Adley playhouses are completely UKCA certified and adhere to Toys (Safety) Regulation 2011 (EN-71). For additional safety, tower playhouses taller than 100cm and double-storey playhouses come with safety rails. Enhanced safety features include a 12mm gap around the entrance and extra air vents. Please note that pictures are for visual representation only and may show added embellishments and hues.
All measurements provided include the roof overhang. Our outdoor structures come pre-treated with a water-based timber protector for transit safeguarding. To uphold the 10-year anti-rot warranty, we recommend treating the structure with a high-quality, alcohol-based wood preservative before or right after assembly.
