This structure includes Eco-quilt insulation throughout, ensuring a cozy and inviting ambiance that allows you to relish in your Insulated Garden Room all year long. Kindly take note that the price of this product incorporates total installation of the unit in your outdoor space. Prior to purchasing, it’s advisable to consult your local planning authority. A stable and flat foundation, either composed of solid concrete or concrete slabs, is necessary. To prolong the lifespan of the room, it is recommended to cover the floor with either carpet or laminate to minimize damage to the floorboards. Please be advised that these Insulated Garden Rooms come untreated and unpainted. Application of wood preservatives is not included in the installation service. To qualify for our 10-year anti-rot warranty, the building must undergo yearly treatment with a premium spirit-based wood preservative.
