Equipped with toughened safety glass and a Premium High Performance Felt with a special polyester backing, this shed is designed to last longer without easily ripping or wrinkling. Tongue and groove construction stands consistent throughout All Oren sheds are built from 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber. The floor and roof also feature 12mm tongue and groove, delivering increased robustness and endurance. Shiplap cladding, with its distinctive small profile at the top of each board, facilitates the swift runoff of water, ensuring quick drying after rainfall and safeguarding the shed against water damage. Sturdy toughened glass The inclusion of toughened safety glass in any Oren shed featuring windows is a standard offering. The toughening process enhances the structural integrity and thermal resilience of the glass, bolstering its capacity to withstand heat and external pressure. Compared to regular glass, toughened glass is 500% more resilient to heat and shock. The glass comes pre-fitted internally, alleviating the need for you to install it on your own, while the PVC sills on the window units prevent water seepage and yield a polished finish. Zinc-coated ironmongery All Oren sheds come equipped with galvanized hinges, turn buttons, and door pull, ensuring prolonged longevity and minimizing the effects of oxidation. The galvanization process involves applying a protective zinc coating to shield the ironmongery from rust and other forms of damage. Superior High Performance Felt The shed is furnished with high-quality waterproof felt featuring a specialized ‘polyester’ backing, guaranteeing extended longevity and resistance to tearing or creasing. Saturated with a protective bitumen (asphalt) coating, the felt repels water while allowing the product to breathe effectively.
