This edition of the Othello comes adorned with handcrafted 12mm shiplap tongue and groove panels, offered in a variety of shades.
In contrast to certain rivals, we incorporate complete insulation as a standard feature in the garden venue (floor, walls & roof). The basic package also encompasses the following:
- UPVC Dual Doors (4′ – 123.3 x 200.8cm WxH)
- 2 x UPVC Full-Length Fixed Casement Windows at the front
- 1 x UPVC Full-Length, Top Opening Casement Window for the side
- 9mm vertically grooved and primed MDF board internal cladding
- Rugged EPDM rubber roof covering
- Extra 8mm laminated flooring with 3mm underlay
- Selection of Laminate Shades
We offer a variety of substitute window and door options outlined in the associated paperwork, which can be obtained upon request. The entryways are accessible in both Aluminum or UPVC. UPVC entryways and windows are available in four distinct hues and require no maintenance. All internal elements of the UPVC alternatives are White. The doors and windows boast top-notch joinery with draft-proof sealed units. Additional enhancement options consist of:

Our Floor Insulation is composed of: Floor Boards, Insulation, and Additional Laminated Flooring with Underlay.
Our Roof Insulation comprises: Rubber Roofing, Roof Frame, Exterior Lining, Insulation, and Internal Cladding.
Electricity – Should you require electricity in your venue, we recommend the presence of an Electrician (of your choosing) during the assembly for initial setup and final installation. We do not supply or fit any electrical fixtures as part of our service.
