- 9mm vertically grooved and primed MDF board internal cladding
- Bardoline classic roof shingles
- An additional 8mm laminated flooring complemented by 3mm underlay
Select from multiple Laminate Colours. The alternate window and door choices can be located in the additional documents and are priced accordingly. Both Aluminum or UPVC doors are available. The UPVC doors and windows are accessible in a variety of 4 colors and necessitate no maintenance. It’s important to note that all internal components of the UPVC selections are White. Advanced joinery techniques are applied to all mortise and tennon doors and windows, furnished with draught-proofed sealed units.

Electricity – If you require electricity in your design, we recommend having an Electrician (of your choice) present on-site for approximately an hour during installation to initiate the initial electrical setup, with a follow-up visit scheduled for completion. We do not supply or install any electrical sockets or lighting as part of our service.
