With precision craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail, all garden structures from Bards are carefully constructed, offering ample opportunities for customization to reflect your unique taste. This rendition of the Othello showcases 13mm horizontal Ultrashield composite tongue and groove boards, which can be customized in a shade of your choice. Composite garden rooms have garnered global popularity due to their natural wood look, minimal maintenance needs, and resistance to decay, splitting, and fungal decay. In contrast to certain competitors, we provide insulation for the garden room by default (covering floor, walls & roof). Included in our standard packages are:
– A set of UPVC Double Doors (4′ – 123.3 x 200.8cm WxH)
– 2 UPVC Full Length Fixed Casement Windows positioned at the front of the structure (T15 – 79.5 x 200.8cm WxH)

We offer a range of alternative window and door options, outlined in the accompanying documentation and available upon request. The door selections include both Aluminum and UPVC variants, with the UPVC choices coming in 4 distinct colors and requiring minimal maintenance. It’s worth mentioning that the internal components of the UPVC alternatives are all White. All mortise and tenon doors and windows are constructed with high-quality joinery and feature draft-proof sealed units. Potential upgrades include:

Electrical Requirements:
To have electricity in your structure, we recommend having an Electrician (chosen by you) present for approximately one hour on the installation day to perform the initial wiring. They can return once the building is complete to complete the connections. We do not supply or install any electrical sockets or lighting fixtures as part of our service.
