Each Bards outdoor area is meticulously constructed adhering to elevated standards, providing the flexibility to customize the design in numerous ways to mirror your unique taste. This rendition of the Othello showcases 13mm flat Ultrashield composite tongue and groove panels arranged horizontally, which can be selected in your preferred color. Composite outdoor spaces are gaining widespread popularity globally due to their authentic wood-like appearance, minimal maintenance needs, and durability against decay, splintering, and rot. Unlike many other sellers, we provide the outdoor area fully equipped with insulation as a standard feature (for the floor, walls, & roof). Additionally, our standard packages include:

  • Weatherproof Double Doors crafted from UPVC (4′ – 123.3 x 200.8cm WxH)
  • Two Fixed Casement Windows manufactured from UPVC at the front of the structure (T15 – 79.5 x 200.8cm WxH)
  • One Top-Opening Casement Window built from UPVC at the side of the structure (T10LEA – 58.5 x 200.8cm WxH)
  • Interior wall cladding of 9mm grooved and primed MDF boards
  • Long-lasting EPDM rubber roof covering
  • Additional 8mm laminated flooring with a 3mm underlay
  • Choice of Laminate Colors

We present a variety of alternative window and door choices, as outlined in the accompanying documentation, available on a price-on-application basis. Our doors are available in both Aluminum or UPVC materials. The UPVC doors and windows are offered in four different tones and necessitate no maintenance! Please take note that all internal components of the UPVC selections are White. Premium joinery is incorporated in all mortise and tennon doors and windows, fitted with draft-proof sealed units. Upgrade options encompass:

The Othello range is available in various sizes to accommodate our clients’ needs, including L-Shaped configurations. Electricity – If you require electrical fittings in your area, we recommend having an Electrician (of your choice) present on-site for approximately one hour during installation for the initial connection, and returning later for the final setup. Please be aware that we do not supply or install sockets or lighting as part of our service.
