This version of the Othello showcases 14mm Vertical cedar cladding, a popular choice worldwide known for its modern look, minimal upkeep needs, and durability against decay. In contrast to some rivals, our garden room comes fully equipped with insulation throughout (including floor, walls & roof) and is furnished with UPVC Double Doors (4′ – 123.3 x 200.8cm WxH), 2 UPVC Full Length Fixed Casement Windows at the front, and 1 UPVC Full Length, Top Opening Casement Window on the side. Internally, you will find 9mm vertically grooved and primed MDF cladding, paired with a resilient EPDM rubber roof covering and an 8mm laminated flooring with 3mm underlay available in various hues.

To further elevate the style of your garden room, we offer a selection of window and door alternatives, with UPVC choices available in 4 different shades, all featuring white interiors for a clean look. The superior craftsmanship of mortise and tennon doors and windows guarantees exceptional insulation. Enhancements such as Superior 12mm T&G matchboard Internal cladding, guttering & downpipe, roof windows, and canopy extensions can be added, along with Internal Wall Partitions, External Cedar Plinth Kit, Veranda with side wings, and an External Decked Area, all subject to individualized retail Terms & Conditions. The Othello series offers a range of sizes, including L-Shaped configurations, and custom dimensions can be requested for a personalized estimate. Wall insulation is a combination of 14mm Vertical cedar cladding, a 12mm air gap, premium breather membrane, 50mm Mineral wool insulation, and 9mm vertically grooved and primed MDF board. Floor insulation features 18mm tongue & groove matchboard floor boards, 40mm Sheet insulation, and additional laminated flooring with underlay. Roof insulation incorporates EPDM Firestone rubber roofing, 50mm Mineral wool insulation, and 9mm vertically grooved and primed MDF board.

For electrical requirements, we recommend having an Electrician on-site during the initial installation for the first fix, with the final fix being completed once the building is installed, as we do not provide or set up electrical sockets or lighting fixtures.
