The wooden shed base comprises a framework made from UC4 incised timber that has been pressure treated. The pressure treatment ensures the framework’s durability and is guaranteed to resist decay for an impressive 15 years. Base dimensions: 7.5cm (h) x 182.6cm (w) x 295cm (d) Plastic Shed Base Kit Quick and easy to set up, the 10×6 plastic shed base kit is excellent for bypassing the inconvenience of laying slabs or concrete when establishing a base for a new shed. Its interlocking design makes assembling it simple, and though lightweight, it provides a highly sturdy and long-lasting base for the shed. Crafted from 100% recycled plastic, this shed base is environmentally friendly. Additionally, it can be reused if the shed is relocated. The base allows for ventilation and drainage beneath the shed, supporting in keeping the shed floor dry. To install the base, just interlock the square grids and place them on a firm, level patch of ground. We suggest using 15kg of 10mm pea gravel per square (gravel not supplied). Each square measures 500 x 500 x 40mm. This pack includes 24 squares and heavy-duty, commercially-graded weed membrane. Please note, plastic shed bases are not assembled as part of our installation service. You must prepare the base in advance of the installers’ arrival.
